We found a few 1960s apartments in West Van that are very cool and under 350K. One part of me wants to buy a little apartment another one wants to buy a piece of land and stick an Airstream trailer or something on it. We have found the same in looking for rentals. We rent our home in Boise rather than sell because we think that someday we might move back there and we love that house. So those renters are very lucky. We keep that house how we would want to live in it and expect our tenants to do the same. Maybe you will come across a similar situation... a couple who has to go abroad for a two year work contract and wants some responsible tenants to keep their home in good condition for their return.
